Marat was born into a family of musicians, both graduates of the Gnessin Institute. He received his first piano lessons from his mother before enrolling in the Uspensky Specialized Music School at the Tashkent Conservatory. There, he studied under the Honored Teacher of the Uzbek SSR, L.R. Florentyeva, a graduate of the Leningrad Conservatory.

At the age of nine, Marat gave his first performance with an orchestra, playing Haydn’s Piano Concerto in C major, and soon became a laureate of a national competition. In 1999, at the age of 13, he was admitted to the Gnessin Music School in Moscow, where he met violinist Alexander Ryazanov, with whom he later formed a chamber ensemble.

A close friendship developed through their work together in the ensemble Soledad Orquesta, in which Marat performed until 2009. That same year, he was invited to join the cello department of the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music as an accompanist under the direction of People’s Artist of the USSR, Natalia Shakhovskaya.

Marat has continued to perform in various chamber ensembles, orchestras, and folk instrument groups. He was named Best Accompanist at several prestigious competitions, including the International Youth Competition named after P.I. Tchaikovsky (Novosibirsk, 2015), the All-Russian Competition named after S.M. Kozolupova (Moscow, 2016), and the International Competition named after M.F. Rozhkov (Nizhny Novgorod, 2017).

He has toured in Spain, Cyprus, Turkey, and Uzbekistan with both solo and chamber music programs. His biography includes collaborations with distinguished musicians such as People’s Artist of Russia Alexander Rudin, Honored Artists of Russia Boris Andrianov and Rodion Zamuruev, Professor Jens-Peter Maintz (Universität der Künste Berlin), and Professor Ivan Monighetti (Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía).

In 2006 he entered the Academic Music College at the Moscow Conservatory named Tchaikovsky in the class of professor  M.N. Kekshoev. At the same time he participated in master classes of professors Klaus Trumpf (Germany), Thomas Martin (England), Catalin Rotaru (USA), Horacio Kobarkos (Argentina), Daniel Falasca (Argentina). In Solo Tango Orquesta playing since February 2011.
