Founded in 1999, Orquesta Típica Imperial belongs to the generation of post-revival tango orchestras. With deep inspiration from Osvaldo Pugliese's musical legacy, the ensemble combines new arrangements and original works with the traditional strength and sentiment of tango. They have performed widely across Argentina and toured Europe in 2003.
